Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities 

Show your support for Sycamore Community Schools and market your business to over 18,000+ Sycamore Alumni; over 12,000 of whom still live in the Greater Cincinnati area.SAFA’s reach includes mailing addresses of 18,000 alumni and a database which includes 12,000 email addresses.

Current Sponsorship Opportunities & Levels:

 Sycamore GOLD Level Sponsorship - $1,000 (only 12 available)

         Gold Level Benefits:

·         Your company will be the banner ad for an entire month on the SAFA website.

·         During your featured month, your company can compose a message to be emailed to 12,000 Alumni twice during your featured month.

·         Your company’s logo (message) will be included on 2-4 Aviator Newsletters direct mailed to our Alumni donors.

·         Your company is given an opportunity to set up a tent/booth at a Sycamore Football game (date by mutual agreement).

·         Your company’s logo/ad will be on the rotating side panel of SAFA’s website the other 11 months.

·         Your company can have a link on SAFA’s website directly to your business website.

·         You will receive an invitation for four tickets to the Sycamore Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner. This is a $200.00 value.

·         You will receive an invitation for four tickets to Sycamore’s World’s Largest Alumni Party. This is a $100 value.

Sycamore GREEN Level Sponsorship - $750

Green Level Benefits:

·         Your company’s logo/AD will be on the rotating side panel of SAFA’s website.

·         Your company will be able to email over 12,000 Sycamore Alumni one time.

·         Your company can have your website directly linked to the SAFA site.

·         Your company’s ad will be on at least one Aviator Newsletter which is directly mailed to SAFA donors.

·         You will receive an invitation for two tickets to the Sycamore Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner. This is a $100.00 value.

·         You will receive an invitation for two tickets to Sycamore’s World’s Largest Alumni Party. This is a $50 value.

·         Your company is listed at the bottom of an E-newsletter at least twice a month. This correspondence goes out to over 12,000 alums.

·         You will have the ability to distribute information at one of Sycamore’s football games, where we have approximately 3,000 attendees.

Sycamore  SILVER Level Sponsorship - $500

Silver Level Benefits:

·         Your company’s logo/ad will be on the bottom of the right side of SAFA’s website (www.ourSAFA.com). It will be rotating and linked to your business.

·         Your company will be listed as a Silver level sponsor on all electronic correspondences to our 12,000 Sycamore Alumni database.

·         You will have the ability to broadcast one advertisement message to 12,000 Sycamore alums in the Greater Cincinnati area.

·         Your company will be listed as a Silver level sponsor on all direct mailed Aviator Newsletters sent to our donors.

 Sycamore PATRON Level Sponsorship - $250

Patron Level Benefits:

·         Your company’s name and link will be at the bottom of the right side of SAFA’s website (www.ourSAFA.com).

·         Your company will be listed as a Patron level sponsor on all electronic correspondences to our 12,000 Sycamore Alumni database.

·         Your company will be listed as a Patron level sponsor on direct-mailed Aviator Newsletters to our donors.
